Adobong Itlog with Hotdog

Yield: 3 Servings

3 Potato - cut into chunks
1 head garlic
1 cut of Onion
1 ts black pepper(freshly ground)
1/2 white vinegar
1 tb cooking oil
1/4 soy sauce
6 pcs. Hotdog – slice with shape
3 whole eggs


First Boil the eggs at 3 minutes then after that release the shell of the eggs then slice it into two.
Place the medium-size pot then fried the potato and the hotdogs,
Add garlic, soy sauce, pepper and vinegar and let stand for 2 hours.
*(See note below) Cook slowly in the same pot until the potato and hotdog is firm (about 3minutes). Add the hard boil eggs into the pot then mix it. Check the taste.
