This morning, my boss decided to scan our two computer for viruses. These two computer are what we use for our billing system and typing unit. Since we accept printing jobs, there is a possibility that our unit can get infected with a virus from our customer's files. The anti-virus program found these two units infected with some kind of virus. No wonder these computers always hangs up and does not respond. My boss used NOD32 Antivirus System because it is very useful with this kind of problem. Our billing system was infected with more virus than our typing unit because this unit is more used more than the other one. Right now, the NOD32 program is still scanning our unit, hopefully by tomorrow it will finish scanning.
