Yesterday, my lady boss ordered another package of toner because our photo copier needed more toner and we don't have any more stock. She told me that before I pay for the toner to ask the copier technician to check the machine because last time we encountered an error like misfeeding paper. When the technician delivered the toner, I asked him to check the machine. After checking the machine, he also cleaned it. The technician told me that the cause of the problem was dust. The technician suggested that we call them twice a month since the photo copier is under a service agreement with their company.
