Hamburgers and French Fries

My son really likes to eat a Hamburger and French Fries. When we going to Mall then if we decided to take a snack he always request to buy him a Hamburger and French Fries. Hamburger and French Fries is popular here in Philippine specially in fastfood chain, it's delicious and affordable that's why many Filipino likes to eat this foods. Adobong Itlog with Hotdog

Yield: 3 Servings

Ingredients
3 Potato - cut into chunks
1 head garlic
1 cut of Onion
1 ts black pepper(freshly ground)
1/2 white vinegar
1 tb cooking oil
1/4 soy sauce
6 pcs. Hotdog – slice with shape
3 whole eggs

Instructions:

First Boil the eggs at 3 minutes then after that release the shell of the eggs then slice it into two.
Place the medium-size pot then fried the potato and the hotdogs,
Add garlic, soy sauce, pepper and vinegar and let stand for 2 hours.
*(See note below) Cook slowly in the same pot until the potato and hotdog is firm (about 3minutes). Add the hard boil eggs into the pot then mix it. Check the taste.
